Salam Trips offers a one-time "VIP Access Pass" for £15. This pass grants the user lifetime access to unlocked property details, direct contact with Ambassadors, and proprietary Safety Heatmaps. Because this fee grants immediate access to intellectual property and platform data, it is non-refundable.
Salam Trips acts as a discovery and mediation platform. When you submit a booking request, the contract is between you and the Host. We facilitate the communication and trust layer. All payments for the stay itself are handled according to the host's specific property rules.
Guests are expected to treat properties and hosts with respect. Any conflicts must be reported via the Dashboard within 24 hours of check-in. Our team and local Ambassadors act as mediators. In all cases, Salam Trips acts as the final arbiter in any marketplace dispute; our decisions are final and binding on all users. For full details, see our Trust & Mediation Policy.
Hosts represent the Salam brand. Any host found misrepresenting the Halal status of their property (e.g., cleanliness, prayer facilities, or alcohol status) will be subject to immediate removal from the platform without a refund of any fees paid.
Salam Trips is not liable for any physical damage, loss of property, or personal injury occurring during a stay. We provide the trust infrastructure, but guests and hosts remain responsible for their own insurance and safety.
