Joining the platform as a Founding Host is completely free. Joining the traveler waitlist is also completely free. Since no payments are taken, there are no refunds to process at this time.
When the platform officially launches and begins processing transactions (e.g., booking deposits or service fees), a full and detailed Refund and Cancellation Policy will be published here. This will outline the specific conditions under which guests can request refunds and how host cancellations are handled.
